We are excited to host the Louisiana Gas Association's 2025 Pipeline Safety Conference, the country's premier pipeline safety conference on August 11-14, 2025 in New Orleans!

REGISTRATION OPENS IN 2025.

Member Priority Registration opens March 10, 2025 | Opens for Non-Members in April 10, 2025


We utilize a Priority Window system for registration. Exhibiting/sponsorship registration will open to LGA members on March 10, 2025 at Noon for a 30-day priority window. Only LGA member companies will have priority registration for exhibiting & sponsoring. Expired and Non-Member companies can register beginning April 10, 2025. More details will be sent in January and February before the priority window opens. 

Sponsoring/Exhibiting costs are the same regardless if you are a member/non-member.

PLATINUM :: $2,500 GOLD :: $1,500 SILVER :: $750
Includes:
  • Two (2) exhibitor booths / Do not have to use both 
    • you will not be permitted to add more booths on top of what your sponsorship allows. We have capped booth spaces at 2 per exhibitor due to space limitations.
  • Two (2) registrations to conference
  • Recognition in the LGA E-Newsletter
  • Logo on all printed materials
  • Thank you throughout the conference
  • Two (2) Vendor Track Sessions (optional)
  • Inclusion of company flyer or promotional item in registration packet

Exhibitors get 1 registration already, but you can register additional Booth Assistants for $295 (or $125 per day)
